I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with stunning views of the river. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The room was comfortable and spacious, and I loved waking up to the beautiful street view every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, and I was particularly impressed with Martina at the reception. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and spa. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Located in the heart of town, this hotel boasts a perfect spot by the river. We loved the comfortable room with river view and spotless bathroom. the staff was very polite and accommodating, especially Eva and Sandra. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the indoor pool and sauna were pristine.

Spacious room and kind staff. The spa facilities were great and the location was perfect, right by the main colonnade.
We had numerous issues during our stay, including a lack of hot water for several days and poor TV and Wi-Fi connection. We also had accessibility issues, despite informing the hotel in advance, and the staff did not seem to be well-prepared to address our needs.
